New Homelessness Advocacy Service
CHP is delighted to announce that the Victorian State Government has provided recurrent funding to the Council to Homeless Persons to operate the Homelessness Advocacy Service.

The Minister for Housing, Candy Broad, announced this funding at the Annual General Meeting of CHP. See attached press release.

The Homelessness Advocacy Service is a new service which will replace the Supported Accommodation Rights Service (SARS). The Homelessness Advocacy Service will build on the work undertaken by SARS but will also have many new functions and responsibilities.

If you have any questions regarding this new service, please contact Deb Tsorbaris, CEO, CHP.
